Free classes can be found all weekend long. Friday classes are held at Ford on Bay beginning at 5:30 p.m. by Yoga4Change, and free Saturday classes are held under the Fuller Warren Bridge before the Riverside Arts Market– making for the perfect opportunity to hit the fresh produce stands after class. Finally, wind down your weekend with family yoga at Ford on Bay at 3 p.m. hosted by the Winston YMCA every Sunday.
