Southbank Riverwalk at RiversEdge

Enjoy a stroll along the stunning Southbank Riverwalk every third Thursday of the month from 5-8 p.m. Beginning in September, the event footprint will run from 1701 Prudential Drive to RiversEdge at the east end of the Southbank Riverwalk. Take in live music, food trucks and carts, riverside bars, and a relaxed picnic area, all set against a picturesque sunset backdrop.

Alcoholic beverages in branded Sip & Stroll cups are permitted during the event and can be purchased at either of the Riverwalk bars.

Enjoy craft cocktails and refreshing non-alcoholic options served at several on-site bars by The Beverage Truck.

Want even more variety? Drinks are also available from nearby hotels and restaurants along the Riverwalk.

Parking

Free parking is available throughout RiversEdge Parks (2010 Prudential Drive) and at 1701 Prudential Drive. Paid parking is available at the Chart House Parking lot (1501 Riverplace Blvd.) and at the Southbank Hotel (1515 Prudential Drive).

Boats

There is space available along the Southbank Riverwalk for boats to tie up and dock during Third Thursday Sip & Stroll. The following docks are recommended:

    Picnic blankets, lawn chairs and dogs on leashes are welcome. Public restrooms are available. Sorry, no bikes, scooters or skateboards.

    The party doesn’t stop once Sip & Stroll is over! Enjoy specialty cocktails on the DoubleTree Deck during Sip & Stroll each month while taking in scenic views of the Downtown skyline, then stick around for the free Silent Disco with Hush Hush from 7 to 11 p.m., in partnership with DoubleTree.

    Haskell Food Court

    In the heart of Riversedge Park, you’ll find a variety of food trucks and vendors ready to satisfy your dinner cravings. With a rotating lineup of fan-favorite local vendors, the Haskell Food Court is where you’ll grab a bite (or two) for your evening on the riverfront.

    We've missed you! Sip & Stroll Presented by PNC Bank returns September 17th, and we're ready to make this season the best one yet.

    Heads up: while the surrounding area near Friendship Fountain undergoes construction, we're moving down the Southbank Riverwalk to RiversEdge for the first few Sip & Strolls of the season. New spot, same great vibe! Look forward to live music, scenic views, good drinks and great times.
