Haley Tinkle
Haley Tinkle is an award-winning, event planning expert with nearly a decade of experience. As Director of Events for Downtown Vision, Tinkle is on the planning team of DTJax’s most beloved events – First Wednesday Art Walk, Third Thursday Sip and Stroll Presented by PNC and Jax River Jams Presented by VyStar Credit Union – and is the curator and project manager of the #DTJax Awards and the #DTJax Gala.
Haley has a passion for building community. Outside of Downtown Vision, she operates Chunky & Funky, a sustainable, inclusive, plus-size clothing swap; Girl Crafts, a community-based, quarterly craft night; and various other community-centered events throughout the urban core. Additionally, she is co-owner of Twinkle Collective, a wedding and event venue management firm that operates some of Jacksonville’s premier historic and cultural venues: The Glass Factory and Emerald Station.
Haley firmly believes in the motto, “Love all, serve all.” Recently appointed to the board of the Empowered Kitchen, she has also served on the board of the Southeast Festivals and Events Association for two years.
Haley is known for her vibrant smile and supportive presence. She’s the person to call if you need anything—she’s the hotline to Duval community connections. When she’s not planning events, she enjoys perusing local thrift and antique shops, exploring Jacksonville’s culinary scene, and spending time with her fur baby, Roux.
