Times and availability are subject to change and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. DVI is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items belonging to the organizer or guest. In addition, DVI is not responsible for any injury and/or death of the organizer or guest during the event. Any damage done to DVI property will be the responsibility of the organizer. Furthermore, the organizer is responsible for the cleanliness of the space and may be charged for any additional cleaning cost incurred by DVI and will be billed via invoice within ten business days following the event.
