One week from today, a new era of live music and entertainment begins in #DTJax. Daily’s Place will host its first performance Saturday, May 27 and has a schedule stacked full of big names like Train, Dave Matthews Band, Third Eye Blind, Dierks Bentley, Meek Mill and dozens more just in the few upcoming months.
Whether you’re a Downtown native or will be visiting for a show, make sure you’re prepared! We’ve put together a guide to help in making your transportation, parking and after-party plans.
Transportation:
Don’t want to deal with parking? Can’t decide on a designated driver? Catch a ride in! Whether you want to arrive in style, on a budget or even by water, #DTJax has you covered:
- Convenience is key to having a carefree night out. When it comes to transportation, it really doesn’t get more convenient than Uber and Lyft. Simply download the app, set your location and request a ride. New riders often get discounts so if you have never used Uber or Lyft, now is a great time to give it a go!

- If you’re feeling fancy, don’t want to rely on the availability of cabs or run the risk of a price surge, Jax Black Car Executive Transportation is your best bet. Parking:
A common issue with large venues is the lack of parking. However, being located in the Sports Complex, there is no shortage of parking at Daily’s Place! Here are a few important bits of info about the parking:
- Unless otherwise indicated, the price of parking at Daily’s Place is included with your ticket.
- Premium parking is located on the east side of Daily’s Place in Lot D and requires a hang tag. Guests who park in premium parking lots should enter through Gate 4. All other parking lots are on the west side of Daily’s Place and those guests should enter through Gate 1. Parking lots open three hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Parking lot times are subject to change. By parking in a Daily’s Place lot, you agree to be bound by all applicable parking lot terms and conditions.
