Main Street from Bay Street to Independent Drive
Nighttime southbound lane closure Monday from 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. to install roadway markings.

Mathews Bridge
Daytime lane closures Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

Park Street at I-95
Nighttime on-ramp closure to I-95 southbound Monday through April 24 from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for overpass construction. Follow detour.

Park Street at I-10
Nighttime Park Street on ramp to I-10 eastbound closure Friday (April 16) through Saturday from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for overpass construction. Follow detour.

Stockton Street at I-10
Nighttime Stockton Street on ramp closure to I-10 eastbound Friday (April 16) through Saturday from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for overpass construction. Follow detour.

I-10 at I-95

Independent Drive Ramp to Main Street Bridge to Close Permanently April 19

The Independent Drive ramp to the southbound Main Street Bridge will close permanently April 19. The closure will allow crews to demolish the ramp.

Motorists on Independent Drive seeking to travel south on the Main Street Bridge will continue past the ramp, turn left on Bay Street and turn left on the Main Street Bridge and continue toward their destination, as shown in the map below.

During construction, the west pedestrian sidewalk of the bridge will be closed. Pedestrians will be detoured to the east pedestrian access to the bridge. Signage will be in place to assist roadway users and pedestrians.

Wells Fargo deliveries will be permitted

New JEA Headquarters

Construction of the new JEA HQ has begun. Roadway closures adjacent to the site include both lanes of West Monroe as well as one lane of N Julia St. The parking lanes will be closed on Adams St. and N Pearl St. The project is anticipated to be complete in the first quarter of 2022.
