Jan. 29, 2026 — JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Downtown Vision (DVI,) Downtown Jacksonville’s nonprofit Business Improvement District (BID,) announced today that Allan Iosue, Director of Business Development at Haskell, has been appointed as the new Downtown Vision Board Chair, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Iosue succeeds Paul Davison, who served as board chair for two years.
“We are honored to welcome Allan Iosue as our new Board Chair of Downtown Vision as we continue our mission to help Downtown Jacksonville thrive,” said Jake Gordon, CEO of Downtown Vision. “Allan brings decades of experience in urban development, design and construction, along with a deep passion for Downtown Jacksonville. We offer our sincere gratitude to outgoing chair Paul Davison for his strong leadership and meaningful contributions to Downtown Vision and the entire Downtown community during his two-year tenure.”
Iosue brings more than 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry, which began during his college years working for a general contractor in Syracuse, New York, and has since evolved into a distinguished path shaped by a passion for development. With an associate degree in architecture and a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, he has played a role in many transformative projects that has helped shape Jacksonville into what it is today, including the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, Veterans Memorial Park, JTA’s Regional Transportation Center, Riverfront Plaza, and numerous neighborhood planning and land development initiatives.
Currently serving as Director of Business Development at Haskell, a premier full-service design and construction firm headquartered in Downtown Jacksonville, Iosue focuses on business development and serves as a governmental liaison, bringing the right teams and solutions to projects throughout the region. He has a strong passion for urban waterfronts and strives to work toward advancing Jacksonville as a premier city.
Iosue is deeply engaged in civic leadership and has served on numerous boards and committees, including as chair of Jacksonville’s Context Sensitive Streets Standards Committee for a decade, a member of the Jacksonville Chamber’s government affairs committee, a longtime executive board member of Downtown Vision and a board member of the Cathedral Arts District.

Iosue now leads Downtown Vision’s 31-member Board of Directors, representing a diverse cross-section of Downtown stakeholders, in guiding the organization’s mission to create and promote Downtown Jacksonville as a vibrant place to visit, live, work and invest.
