Phase One of Riverfront Plaza includes a destination playground atop a new park pavilion, a flexible event lawn and major riverfront upgrades — including a new bulkhead, riverwalk and a plaza connecting to the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts.
And there’s more to come: Phase Two kicks off in early 2026 with plans for a beer garden, rain garden and a connection to the Main Street Bridge. The future is taking shape in DTJax!
