Located beneath the Acosta Bridge and along the St. Johns River, this park offers top-notch strength training equipment to elevate your workout, stocked by the Downtown Ambassadors seven days a week.
Free Yoga Classes

Are you taking advantage of all the free yoga classes in #DTJax? Treat yourself to a Tuesday stretch at the Daily’s Place FlexField this February. Busy during the week? Not a problem! Free classes can be found all weekend long. Friday classes are held at Ford on Bay beginning at 5:30 p.m. by Yoga4Change, and free Saturday classes are held under the Fuller Warren Bridge before the Riverside Arts Market– making for the perfect opportunity to hit the fresh produce stands after class. Finally, wind down your weekend with family yoga at Ford on Bay at 3 p.m. hosted by the Winston YMCA every Sunday.
