Retail Project of the Year: Setlan Coffee Co

Setlan Coffee Co. has significantly enriched the Downtown Jacksonville community since joining its coffee scene in April. Setlan Coffee, which began modestly in a repurposed shipping container located behind the San Marco Panera, has flourished into a thriving establishment located on the ground floor of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA). Founded by Tyler and Klaire  Osborne, Setlan Coffee Co. was established with a clear mission: to spread joy through exceptional coffee and memorable service experiences. The couple, who met at a Nashville coffee shop, recognized the need to create a platform in Klaire’s hometown of Jacksonville that elevates the coffee-drinking experience for everyone. Offering a variety of coffee blends sourced from Good Citizen Coffee in Nashville and delectable pastries from Brew Five Points, the coffee shop has emerged as one of the most sought-after coffee destinations in the heart of the city.

The Downtown Retail Project of the year recognizes a new retail project that has created an amenity for Downtown residents, employees and visitors through remarkable design and unique offerings.
