EverBank center, previously known as TIAA bank center, at 301 West Bay is a 30 story, Class A, landmark office tower located in Downtown Jacksonville. Although our primary business is the leasing of office space we do make our common areas available for rent for events which cater to Professional and Business persons. Our beautifully refurbished common areas include our Ground Floor Lobby, 2nd Floor Lobby, Nature’s Table Café and Dining area (seating up to 400) and our Auditorium (seating 249).
