Partially buried under decades-old development, McCoy’s creek flows through Brooklyn into the St. Johns River. The restoration of McCoy’s Creek will open up the waterway to create a picturesque recreational destination, reduce flooding in the area and remediate environmental issues. Restored bulkheads and creek-side development will allow for outdoor dining, bike and pedestrian amenities, and a new kayak launch.
