PopUp Bagels serves bagels hot from the oven–never sliced, never toasted–designed to be torn apart and dipped into schmear, creating a communal and distinctly modern bagel experience. Florida partner, Kal Gullapali of Built Different Brands, is opening its second Jacksonville location at Pearl Square, following a successful debut at the St. Johns Town Center in late 2025.
