A new restaurant just opened as the first step in a multi-year plan to rejuvenate the four-building, former Reddi-Arts building complex in Jacksonville that’s been dormant for nearly six years.

Now open at 1035 Hendricks Ave. in San Marco, Tavola Trattoria is starting with a low-key approach as the operator works to refine the experience before a full public rollout.
