The Secret Space is Hush Hush Headphones’ one-of-a-kind multi-room venue, immersing guests in dance parties and live show activations set inside an interactive digital art installation.. Through a rotating lineup of events—including dance parties, live performances, quiet karaoke, competition open mic nights, and immersive digital media experiences—The Secret Space aims to foster connection, creativity, and community resources for attendees and artists alike, providing a direct platform for local talent in Jacksonville. By leveraging Hush Hush Headphones technology in both familiar and experimental ways, the activation offers novel and memorable experiences that transform how people engage with downtown.
Silent Disco Dance Parties
Hush Hush dance parties offer three channels of music that focus on variety and danceability to ensure there is something for everyone––because of that, Hush Hush attracts people of all ages and backgrounds.
Live Shows
Listening to live performances through headphones offers amazing sound clarity, while personalized volume control makes performances accessible for those with sound sensitivities. These shows will provide a new performance experience for local artists and show the community a new and intimate way to experience live music.
Quiet Karaoke
During quiet karaoke, community members can rent one of 3 playfully themed rooms to sing whatever they want with whoever they want, at whatever volume they want.
Digital Media
Secret Space will be using newly acquired modular LED paneling to merge art and technology for creative immersive experiences. This element will enhance each event with customized digital media and local artist features.
