Instagram of the Week
The next chapter of learning and exploration is on the way! The Museum of Science & History will close its current location on September 1, 2025 as it prepares to break ground on a bold new facility at the Jacksonville Shipyards as MOSH Genesis.
Set to open in 2028, the 105,000-square-foot museum will anchor the Northbank as a cultural and educational hub, offering hands-on exhibits, interactive science, history and environment labs, and more than seven acres of immersive indoor-outdoor learning. As part of a larger transformation along the riverfront, the new MOSH will help shape Downtown into a vibrant destination for residents and visitors alike. Until then, catch MOSH at events and pop-ups across the First Coast. 🦖🪐
