Deepen your spiritual practice through journaling this Lent. The February Arts of the Spirit workshop will be led by Janet Allen, who has been creating handmade journals for over a decade.

This daylong workshop introduces the ancient art of bookmaking using modern materials. Participants will leave the workshop with a sturdy, archival 40-page book suitable for use throughout Lent and for reflection in years to come.

The discipline of journaling is a way to express memories, emotions, thoughts, and feelings, and can include poems, visual images, either original or found, Psalms, and other Bible verses that you find meaningful.
