GORUCK, in support of the Step Up Foundation and Sara Wilkinson, presents the hero workout “CHAD” in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, who died by suicide on October 29, 2018, after enduring the cumulative effects of numerous deployments, multiple TBIs, blast wave injuries, and PTSD. Our mission is to honor Chad’s life and legacy while raising awareness for suicide prevention.

CHAD1000X has united thousands of participants determined to not only shine a light on the epidemic of suicide, particularly among veterans, but also to be part of the solution by supporting The Step Up Foundation and other veteran health initiatives.
