Join Diana of SoundBath JAX and Adriana of Serenity Sounds for Decompression Zone, a free 30-minute sound bath experience inside the JAX Tower lobby during Downtown Jacksonville Art Walk.

We’ll be offering two sessions throughout the evening:

⏰ 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM

AND

⏰ 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM

This is primarily a seated sound bath experience, and seating will be available on a first come, first served basis.

ℹ️ ** Please register so we have an idea of how many of you will be there.

Want to get a little more comfortable? You’re absolutely welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or anything else you’d like to settle in with during the experience.

No previous sound bath or meditation experience is needed. Simply come as you are, find a comfortable spot, and give yourself 30 minutes to step away from the noise, reset, and receive.
