The Florida Theatre and Theatre of Jacksonville Present a special “in concert” rendition of the beloved musical Mame. It is set in the mid-20th century New York City, Mame Dennis is a quirky, artistic individual surrounded by wealthy companions whose glamorous lifestyle take a turn when her late brother’s young son enters her world. The storyline follows their escapades from the onset of the Depression through World War II. The Concert will take place on Saturday, August 24th at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, August 25th at 2:00 p.m.
