The Jacksonville Home + Show returns with more vendors, more features and more fun. One of the most popular consumer events of the year brings together hundreds of home improvement experts and vendors offering North Florida residents advice, assistance and products especially for kitchen, bath, gardening, landscaping and outdoor living spaces.

Fans of Bravo’s hit series “Southern Charm” will recognize celebrity guest Craig Conover. Mocked by castmates for his love of sewing, Craig has turned his hobby into a Southern-based lifestyle brand called Sewing Down South. In addition, the board-certified attorney is a philanthropist, podcast host (“Pillows and Beer”) and author of the top-rated memoir, “Pillow Talk: What’s Wrong With My Sewing?” See Craig live on the Fresh Ideas Stage on Friday, Sept. 29 at 3 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 30 at noon.

And for the first time, the Jacksonville Home + Patio Show hosts The Pickledome. Sponsored by Jax Pickleball Store, the Pickledome includes a full-size pickleball court on the show floor where guests can not only learn more about the fastest growing sport in America but also play it. Learn 2 Play clinics will be held throughout the show for guests who register (additional fee required for participation).

The show also includes Make it Green!, DIY plant workshops with Gardenista Jax; the Spooktacular Graveyard, designed by First Coast Picnics; a DIY workshop for kids, presented by Home Depot; a food truck rally, Friday and Sunday; and OneBlood blood drive, not to mention hundreds of local and regional experts on home improvement and trusted exhibitors with the latest products and services.

Seniors are celebrated on Friday, Sept. 29 at the show with $5 admission for those 60 and older.

To recognize the efforts of local heroes, the show celebrates Hero Day on Friday, Sept. 29, all active military personnel, veterans, EMTs, healthcare workers, firefighters, police and medical personnel receive complimentary admission with valid ID (offer only with ID, and only on Friday).

Sunday, Oct. 1 is Teacher Day with all teachers and school employees receiving free admission at the box office with a valid school ID. Sunday, Oct. 1 is also Nurse Day with all nurses receiving free admission at the box office with valid work ID.

Show hours are Friday 10 a.m.– 8 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults (13+), $5 for children 6-12 and free for children 5 and under. Advance $10 tickets are available at jacksonvillefallhomeandpatioshow.mpetickets.com.
