Jacksonville Home + Patio Show

About

The Jacksonville Home + Patio Show returns to the Prime Osborn Convention Center from October 3-5, 2025, with three full days of expert tips and presentations, the latest products, savvy home improvement tips and HGTV celebrities.

The show’s special guests are real estate mavens, design visionaries, business owners, and twin sisters Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb from HGTV’s  Unsellable Houses. On the popular show, the high-energy duo is known for transforming one tough-to-sell home after another.

HGTV audiences also know the sisters from several HGTV team challenges, including their recent win on Rock the Block season five. Leslie and Lyndsay will share behind-the-scenes secrets and their favorite home reno tips on the Fresh Ideas Stage on Friday, October 3 at 5 p.m.  and Saturday, October 4 at 1 p.m.

In addition, nationally renowned thrift shopping expert Virginia Chamlee appears on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The author of Big Thrift Energy will impart her most tried-and-true tips for secondhand shopping for chic but affordable home décor, what characteristics to look for, how to identify treasure from trinkets and more (including how she scored a $95,000 vintage Goyard trunk for less than $100).

Other show highlights include:

*NEW* Children’s Entrepreneur Market. On Saturday and Sunday, North Florida’s aspiring mini moguls will share their innovations, inventions and ideas with guests at the Children’s Entrepreneur Market. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. guests can support the area’s youngest entrepreneurs by checking out their products and getting inspired by the tenacity and creativity on display

LFG*! (*Let’s Fiercely Grow). An increasing number of consumers are turning to gardening to grow their own vegetables and herbs – both for the deep satisfaction and health (physical and mental) benefits but also to combat rising grocery prices. Guests considering greening up will want to attend one of the daily workshops from Eat Your Yard Jax. Their experienced gardeners and farmers will teach best practices on urban farming.

Home Depot Kids Workshops. A trip to the show provides a hands-on, screen-free activity for kids with a free DIY workshop from The Home Depot. The workshop – free with admission – helps young DIYers build their skills and get creative. Located in booth 639, while supplies last.

Save Time and Money. The process of a home improvement project typically starts online and can only go so far before an ‘in real life’ encounter to see, touch and feel is required (not to mention getting a vibe check on the teams coming into your home). A visit to the Jacksonville Home + Patio Show picks up where the online research leaves off – plus it saves time with hundreds of local experts all in one place and it can also save a significant portion of the project fees as many exhibitors offer their deepest discounted show only rates. For your service and sacrifice, we thank you. Please note, this offer does not extend to family members.

The show celebrates area educators and nurses with Teacher Day and Nurses Day every day with free admission with valid school ID.
