Lucky Duck Promotions is beyond excited to announce our event series SHIP FEST is back! Located at the USS Orleck retired Naval Ship in Downtown Jacksonville Florida. Danielle Dallas & Cassidy Shepherd are hosting their annual HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY. All guests are encouraged to dress up in costume.

When you walk into the shipyard you’ll enter through our vendor village which will have local shops and snacks as well as a full bar. Access to the shipyard is 21+ at this event. When you board the ship there are 3 stages and multiple levels of the ship you can explore.

The Event is from 8-12 on Saturday, October 19th. This event will happen rain or shine unless there is a hurricane in that circumstance there will be a rescheduled date. No refunds or credits. Please keep in mind this is a non-smoking event and heels are not recommended. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the safety waiver terms below:

Ship Fest on USS Orleck -10/19/2024 and all future Ship Fest Events.

This Hold Harmless Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on 10/19/2024 between the partygoer(s) purchasing or utillizing (referred to collectively as the “Participant”) and the event hosts, hereinafter referred to as the “Hosts.”

**Description of Event:**

The Participant(s) acknowledge their participation in a party event taking place on the USS Orleck naval ship.

**Assumption of Risk:**

The Participant(s) understand and acknowledge that the USS Orleck naval ship has steep stairs and potential hazards. The Participant(s) voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to, any risks of injury, harm, or damage.

**Hold Harmless and Waiver of Liability:**

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, the Participant(s) agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Hosts and any event sponsors, including Manifest Distillery, The Copper Closet LLC and Lucky Duck Promotions, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether present or future, known or unknown, arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may be sustained during or as a result of participation in the event.

**Footwear Requirement:**

The Participant(s) understand and agree not to wear heeled shoes on the metal ship to prevent potential safety hazards.

**Acknowledgment:**

By utilizing your ticket to gain access the Participant(s) certify that they have read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement. The Participant(s) acknowledge that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and without duress.
