Join us Monday, March 2nd from 6:00–6:45 PM, join us at the Baptist Wellness Center Riverside, located inside the Winston Family YMCA, for a relaxing Sound Bath with doTERRA Lavender Aromatherapy, facilitated by Adriana Dobbs.

🧘‍♀️ What we provide:
• Yoga mat
• Small bolster
• Blanket

🪑 Not familiar with lying on the floor? We have two chair options available to support your comfort.

🌸 To enhance your comfort, we suggest bringing:
➕ A yoga mat (for extra cushion if you have one)
➕ A pillow (for back or neck support)
➕ An extra blanket (to cushion your hips or offer warmth or cushion)

Release the day in stillness—surrounded by the gentle hum of singing bowls, the soft scent of lavender, and the supportive presence of others on a similar journey.
