First Fridays on Bay St. is a lively space for all of Duval to come after work to welcome the weekend. The Bay Street Experience is a blend of vendors, barbecue, local musicians and citizens celebrating the diverse culture within our nightlife district, The Elbow. Each month we’ll highlight a different theme or cause.
