This project includes the redevelopment of a historic two-story building located in Downtown’s City Center. Upon completion, the space will operate as a live music entertainment venue dubbed Decca Live and will include a rooftop bar.

Waypoint Liquors & Pub will occupy 4,800 square feet on the first floor of 333 E. Bay Street and serve as a pub space and package store. The pub and package store will have separate entrances which allows the package store to operate hours that are independent of the pub operations.

Scooters
Scooters are available from BIRD & LIME, and can be rented between 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. at 37 designated scooter corrals in the Central Core, Sports & Entertainment District and parts of LaVilla. For a map of locations, pricing and more, visit the Downtown Investment Authority’s website.
Parking
Downtown Jacksonville has more than 48,000 public parking spaces, which include garage parking, metered street parking and peripheral parking. While you may not always be able park directly in front of your destination, you should almost always be able to find parking within a short walk.
