Cirque Dreams Holidaze, November 19th

Kick off the holiday season with a show at the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts! The Cirque Dreams Holidaze show is a holiday extravaganza filled with music, amazing stunts, magical lighting, and more. This performance begins at 6 p.m. and is happening on Sunday, November 19th.

Small Business Saturday, November 25th

Celebrate the small businesses and shops that make #DTJax unique by partaking in this year’s Small Business Saturday! On November 25th, grab a bite to eat, browse numerous local shops, and catch some events happening in #DTJax. From the Downtown Jacksonville Light Boat Parade to the Riverside Arts Market, there is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the day on Small Business Saturday!

The Jacksonville Light Boat Parade is back for another year and will take place on Saturday, November 25th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Stroll along the St. Johns River and grab a spot on either the Southbank or Northbank Riverwalks to watch the show. Boats of all shapes and sizes will be adorned in festive holiday lights and the parade will end with a firework show near the Main Street and Acosta Bridge!

Cosmic Concerts: Laser Holiday, November 26th and December 3rd

Looking for more holiday themed light shows in #DTJax? Then, look no further! Make sure to attend the Cosmic Concerts: Laser Holiday at MOSH. This holiday themed concert have two show dates: one on November 26th and the other on December 3rd. Explore the museum and end your visit with a spectacular holiday themed laser show in the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium.

 First Wednesday Art Walk, December 6th

Celebrate the start of the December festivities by checking out the Downtown Jacksonville Tree Lighting and Deck the Chairs  at the December 6th, First Wednesday Art Walk! Be sure to arrive early and be at the tree at 6:10 p.m. for the ceremonial lighting. Plus, don’t miss the light exhibition presented by Deck the Chairs Downtown. Enjoy the live music, food, vendors, artists and holiday cheer all at First Wednesday Art Walk!

The 32nd Annual Community Nutcracker, December 7th-9th

The Nutcracker performances have returned and there are plenty to catch in #DTJax! The 32nd Annual Community Nutcracker will perform on the Florida Theatre stage on December 8th and 9th. Enjoy the classical soundtrack and enchanting story of Clara and the Nutcracker this holiday season!

A Charlie Brown Christmas, December 12th

Looking for family fun this holiday season? Then don’t miss A Charlie Brown Christmas show at the Florida Theatre! On Tuesday, December 12th watch the animated television special come to life on the Florida Theatre stage. This show features the classic Peanut characters and more in a festive celebration of Christmas!

Winter Camp MOCA, December 26th-29th and January 2nd-5th

The MOCA is offering a Winter Camp for children in grades K-5 during the upcoming Winter Break! At Winter Camp, students in grades K-5 will learn and explore different art media, artists, and techniques. Enrollment for Winter Camp is currently open with sessions running from December 26th-29th, 2023 and January 2nd-5th, 2024.
